    Panamanian corporations can end in: Inc., Corp, or S.A. or in its long versions.

    *Names of directors and dignitaries.

    The full names of a minimum of three (3) persons who will serve as Directors and Officers are required, as well as the full address of the domicile of each of them.

    Note 1: Send copy of identity card or passport and contact telephone number.

    Note 2: The same persons can be the dignitaries and directors (President, Secretary and Treasurer). A single person can hold all the positions if so desired, but always with a minimum of three directors. for
    Note 3: Directors and officers do not have to be shareholders.
